Unit Visit Tracking System

The Unit Visit Tracking System is a tool for those in commissioner
service to record and review information about their contact with the units they
serve. With regular and consistent use, this system can provide each commissioner
an "at-a-glance" overview of recent visits and a history of communications with
each unit, which can help to provide timely and consistent support.

The Unit Visit Tracking System is being rebuilt to be connected to MyScouting (the volunteer Web site connection). In order to access MyScouting, you go to www.scouting.org click onMyScouting on the top navigation and create an account. In order to access the tracking system when it goes live, you will want to be a registered commissioner and use that membership ID with this account. The anticipated date for going live is mid-May 2009. We are currently testing the system in several selected councils to ensure it is carrying out the functions necessary to support quality commissioner service. |
