I will be at least 14 years of age by July 27, 2011, or no more than 17 years of age on that date, and I know I must be a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America at that time |

I will be at leat 18 years of age by July 27, 2011 and I know I must be a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America at that time. |

(Staff and Adults)
I have read and understand all the qualifications to attend as a staff member or contingent leader. |

I have read and understand the cost information and refund policy. I can abide by the payment schedule. |
